Veneers & Crowns

Restoring the look and function of your teeth

If chipped, discolored, or uneven teeth affect your confidence, veneers and crowns are treatment options that can restore both appearance and function. Whether they are suitable for you depends on your individual clinical situation, which is assessed during a consultation.

Veneers and crowns are recommended only when the medical criteria for these treatments are met; your dentist will evaluate whether they are appropriate in your case.

How we work: Porcelain and pressed-ceramic veneers are custom-made in the clinic’s own dental laboratory, allowing the team to adjust shape, color, and size to your features and to check the fit precisely.

What to expect:

A natural-looking result, planned together with you
Minimally invasive preparation where the clinical situation allows it
Every piece finished and adjusted in-house
One clinic for both the aesthetic work and any related prosthetic work

Dental Implants

A Fixed Solution for Missing Teeth

Missing teeth affect more than your smile – they change how you chew, how you speak, and how your jawbone is maintained over time. A dental implant replaces the root of a missing tooth and serves as a stable foundation for a crown, bridge, or full prosthetic restoration.

How treatment typically works, step by step:

Consultation, X-rays, and a 3D (CBCT) scan to plan the case
Placement of the implant into the jawbone under local anesthesia
A healing period (typically several months) while the implant integrates with the bone
Fitting of the final crown once healing is complete

We work exclusively with premium, internationally documented implant brands, including Straumann (Switzerland) with its high-performance SLActive surface, MegaGen AnyRidge, and Neodent by Straumann — chosen for their proven long-term survival rates and reliable osseointegration.

Advanced dental implants options available

Immediate-load implants

In certain clinical situations, implants with immediate loading may be an option, shortening the traditional multi-visit timeline. This approach applies only to patients who meet specific medical criteria, established after a clinical evaluation and imaging.

Full-arch restorations

All-on-4 and All-on-6 systems can replace a full arch of missing teeth using four or six implants. Eligibility and treatment timelines depend on your individual clinical situation, including bone quality and general health, and are established after evaluation.

Zygomatic implants

For patients with significant bone loss in the upper jaw, zygomatic implants - anchored in the cheekbone - may be a treatment option. This is a complex procedure indicated only in specific cases, following detailed imaging and clinical assessment.

Digitally guided implants

Using CBCT scanning and 3D planning software for greater precision, reduced trauma, faster recovery, and superior aesthetic results.

Zirconia implants

A metal-free, highly biocompatible, and aesthetic alternative to titanium, well suited to patients with thin gums or metal sensitivities.

How deep sedation helps?

Eliminates pain and anxiety

Reduced memory of the procedure

Deep sedation

Anxious about dental treatment?

Dental anxiety is common, and it is completely understandable if the idea of sitting in a dentist’s chair feels difficult. Deep sedation allows you to receive the treatment you need while remaining calm and comfortable throughout the procedure.

What it is: Deep sedation is an intravenously administered form of sedation, given by a specialist anesthesiologist under continuous monitoring. You remain in a state of deep relaxation during treatment, typically with little or no memory of the procedure afterward.

When sedation may be considered:

Severe dental anxiety or phobia that has led to avoiding treatment
Difficult past experiences with dental care
Cases requiring multiple or lengthy procedures
Patients (adults or children) who find it difficult to remain still during standard treatment

Treatment under sedation is performed only after a pre-anesthetic evaluation confirms that you meet the medical criteria for this approach.

Safety: Sedation takes place in a dedicated, licensed sedation suite with a recovery room, administered and monitored by a specialist anesthesiologist using continuous monitoring equipment.

325 RON/30 min
Deep sedation assisted by ATI specialist

When to bring your child in:

First visit between ages 1 and 2

Toothache, a cavity, or a chipped tooth

A child who is anxious about the dentist

Prevention: sealants, brushing habits

Children's Dentistry

Dental care for children, at their pace

Children experience dental visits differently from adults, and a difficult first appointment can shape how they feel about dental care for years. At iDentity, our pedodontics team works to make each visit calm and predictable – explaining every step in a way your child can understand, and giving you clear information as a parent about what is happening and why.

Our children’s dentistry covers routine check-ups and prevention, cavities in both baby and permanent teeth, dental trauma after a fall or accident, monitoring how teeth are developing, and orthodontic assessment.

Treatment options for children, including sedation, are recommended only when the medical criteria for them are met, and are established after a clinical evaluation of your child.

What we treat?

Cavities in baby and permanent teeth, including root canal treatment where needed
Dental trauma - fractured teeth, knocked-out teeth, injuries after falls
Orthodontic concerns - crowding, gaps between teeth, and bite problems
Development issues - eruption problems, retained teeth, dental abscesses

How we keep visits comfortable

Getting to know the clinic first. A first appointment can simply be about meeting the dentist and the team, with no treatment, so the environment stops being unfamiliar.
Inhalation sedation (nitrous oxide). For children who feel anxious during treatment, a mixture of nitrous oxide and oxygen can be used to help them feel relaxed and more comfortable in the chair. The effects wear off shortly after the procedure, and no special aftercare is needed. Inhalation sedation is used only where it is clinically indicated for your child, following an evaluation.
Treatment under deep sedation. For more complex cases, or where a child cannot cooperate with standard treatment, deep sedation administered by a specialist anesthesiologist may be considered — allowing several procedures to be completed in fewer sessions. This is decided only after a pre-anesthetic evaluation.
Prevention and education. We show children how to brush effectively and advise parents on daily oral hygiene at home, alongside preventive treatments such as fissure sealants and topical fluoride application.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to speak Romanian?

Our team is used to treating international patients. We communicate clearly in English and Ukrainian so you can fully understand your diagnosis, options, and costs at every step.

Are dental implants painful?

The implant is placed under local anesthesia, so the procedure itself should not be painful. For patients with anxiety, treatment under deep sedation may be an option, subject to medical evaluation.

Do veneers damage my natural teeth?

No. Veneers and the bonding agent are fully biocompatible. The key requirement is that the underlying teeth are healthy and that any issues such as teeth grinding are addressed first.

My child is scared of the dentist. What can you do?

We start by letting your child get used to the environment without treatment. Where it is clinically indicated, inhalation sedation with nitrous oxide can help a child stay relaxed during a procedure, and for more complex cases treatment under deep sedation may be considered, following a pre-anesthetic evaluation.

Are your prices transparent?

The cost depends on the individual clinical situation. Our prices are published openly in Romanian Lei (RON), and you receive a clear treatment plan before any work begins.

How long do dental implants take?

After placement, the implant typically needs 3 to 6 months to integrate with the bone before the final crown is attached. In selected cases, immediate-load implants allow a provisional crown to be placed much sooner.

What if I have insufficient bone?

Depending on your case, options such as bone grafting or zygomatic implants may be considered. These are indicated only in specific clinical situations, established after detailed assessment.

Do baby teeth with cavities need to be treated?

Yes. Untreated cavities in baby teeth can cause pain and infection and can affect the permanent teeth developing underneath. The dentist will assess your child's situation and explain the options at the consultation.
